Modern equipment and advanced technologies for producing quality products
The technological service of the poultry farm draws up an annual process chart, according to which all activities of the enterprise are planned. The main activity of the enterprise is the production of table chicken eggs.
All livestock of young birds and laying hens is housed in facilities fully equipped with the latest modern technological equipment from the German company "Specht". All processes are automated. All processes can be managed online, and feed and water consumption, their ratio, productivity, microclimate, etc., can be tracked.
The caging equipment is battery-cage based.
Droppings are removed from the poultry house daily using manure removal belts. Maximum attention and time are paid to the sanitary condition of the poultry houses.
For this purpose, a powerful filtration system is available. Regularly, once a week, the quality of drinking water in the poultry houses is monitored for the content of impurities (suspended particles) in ppm units using a special device. In addition, once a year, a complete water analysis for harmful impurities is carried out in state laboratories.
The ventilation system maintains the required microclimate level in terms of temperature, humidity, and carbon dioxide content.
The quality of the microclimate is monitored daily. Temperature and humidity indicators are recorded in special logs inside the poultry house 3 times a day. In addition, the Stienen Poultry computer process control system records and registers all data. Once a week, and as needed, the laboratory measures the carbon dioxide content in the poultry houses.
From day-old age to 98 days, chicks are raised according to the program recommended by the cross developers. Purebred day-old chicks of the Hysex White cross are supplied from PPR Sverdlovsky, and the Super Nick cross from PPZ Sverdlovsky.
All standards for stocking density, feeding and watering front are strictly observed.
The zootechnical service of the enterprise regularly monitors the weight and development of future layers. If necessary, adjustments are made to the feeding or lighting program.
The analysis of all indicators affecting the development of replacement young stock is continuously carried out.
Preventive breaks in poultry houses for young stock range from 21 to 30 days. This is quite sufficient to carry out high-quality cleaning, washing, as well as wet and aerosol disinfection. Washing is carried out by a special team using powerful European-brand Karcher equipment and foaming detergents. Disinfection is carried out by the farm's sanitary service using modern, effective, and safe disinfectants.
The factory's veterinary laboratory checks the processing quality after each disinfection: swabs are taken from the equipment, walls, floor, ceiling, ventilation openings, etc., and seeded onto special nutrient media.
Prevention of infectious diseases is carried out by the enterprise's veterinary service in accordance with the plan for each batch. For this purpose, active monitoring of viral and bacterial infections is continuously conducted. A blood sampling schedule starting from day-old age has been drawn up, along with a calendar plan of preventive measures.
Blood serum is checked for the presence of antibodies using ELISA, and based on this, a vaccination plan is drawn up. The entire main vaccination program is completed by the time of transfer to the industrial zone.
When populating the birds, stocking density standards are taken into account. Lighting schedules are developed and approved for each batch from day-old age until the end of the productive period. Daily records of livestock movement, feed consumption, productivity, and egg weight are maintained. Egg collection is also automated.
Table eggs practically do not come into contact with human hands, as from the moment they are laid by the hen, they move along the egg collection belt, then through the cross conveyor to the egg grading workshop, and pass through the egg sorting machine, which packs them into trays according to category. Operators in the sorting workshop pack the egg trays into boxes and send them to the finished goods warehouse.
To keep the birds healthy, feeding is carried out using natural plant-based feed with the addition of bifido- and lactobacteria. The laying hens' feeding diets are based on natural plant-based feeds. No chemical elements, animal-origin feeds, growth biostimulants, or genetic engineering products are used in poultry feeding. All of this forms the basis for producing ecologically clean and safe table eggs from Kazger-Kus — which is confirmed by the Halal certificate.
The diet includes grains (wheat, barley, corn, oats, flaxseed), soybean and sunflower meal, vegetable oil, feed yeast, vitamin-mineral premix, and mineral supplements (limestone and seashell).
All grains, sunflower seeds, and flaxseed are grown in our own fields. We have a sunflower oil production workshop. We use our own production oil and meal in poultry feeding.
